Men Becoming Unsinkable in 2022
As we stand at the threshold of a new year, be determined that you will be unsinkable in 2022. You’re probably thinking ‘well, it’s easier said than done.’ Hear me out. Whatever curveball, life throws at you, be it the curveball of despair, the curveball of hopelessness, the curveball of depression and the curveball of financial ruin, or even the curveball of anxious stress, make that promise to yourself and to your loved ones, that you will not be defeated, you will not be overcome and that you will fight the good fight. Be determined that you are not going to sink under the storms of life. You have come through two years of restrictions, uncertainty and frustrations, and possibly grief and hardship. You are already a victor. You have already won. You are already equipped and trained for battle. You have everything within you to win.
As you step into a new year, on 31 December, hope is already there for you, God promises in Isaiah 43:2, that when you feel overwhelmed by the storms of life, that He will be with you. When you’re in rough waters, you will not go down. When you’re between a rock and a hard place, it won’t be a dead-end — Because He is God, your personal God, The Holy of Israel, your Savior. God paid a huge price for you. That’s how much you mean to God! That’s how much God loves you!
